    Adding the "From" field directly into the chart displaying Missed Calls would indeed enhance efficiency. By including the user name or extension alongside the Missed Calls data, users can quickly identify and reach out to specific individuals without the need to manually copy numbers and search through a basic report. This enhancement would significantly streamline the process, saving time and improving the usability of the chart. Implementing this addition could greatly benefit users by providing a more comprehensive overview of missed calls while facilitating quicker follow-ups or responses to those calls.
