RingByName phone not ringing properly?

If the RingByName phone you are using doesn’t ring, there is a possibility that Do Not Disturb function is enabled. Simply click the “Mute” button on your phone to disable Do Not Disturb. If this doesn’t solve your problem, you may have incoming calls forwarded to another device or you may be in “Offline” mode in the mobile or web application. To place yourself back on “Online” mode, simply click to change your status.
