Notifications and Call Pop-up with Call Control

RingByName is proud to announce an exciting new update to our Caller ID pop-up in the web application.

The Call Pop-up Window

Whenever you receive an incoming call, dial an outbound number on your VOIP phone, or use our ClickToCall feature, a call control window will pop-up on your screen in the RingByName web app. In addition to identifying your inbound caller or outbound contact, the Call Pop-Up Window allows you to easily access and edit contact information, add additional notes, mute call audio, place the caller on hold, start or stop call recording, and end the call.

When a second call is received, the call pop-up screen will display the information above the main window and allow you to choose whether or not to answer.
