E-ZScore™ is the latest addition to RingByName®


E-ZScore™ is like caller ID taken to the extreme. It delivers business intelligence inside a business phone service. We call it Caller Intelligence.
Business interactions are precious. Whether the goal of the interaction is to further a sale or support an existing relationship, information is critical and often the goal itself. Knowing more about a prospect, for example, gives a business person a number of advantages including:

E-ZScore™ is not included automatically with your RingByName service. Pricing varies based on the number of users and the E-ZScore lookup package best suited to your business.

How do I access E-ZScore?


E-ZScore™ is currently only accessible via the RingByName mobile application. Once you have logged in, click on the E-ZScore icon located near the lower right corner of the application.

How do I generate an E-ZScore report from in the mobile app?


The easiest way to generate a report for  a telephone number is to click on the E-ZScore icon located near the bottom right corner of the mobile application.
E-ZScore will display a telephone number entry from. Enter a telephone number in the lookup field and enter the "Search" button.



E-ZScore will return results for the telephone number, including:
  • Name 
  • Address
  • Demographic Information
  • Household Information
  • Occupant Information

Can I perform an E-ZScore search from a saved contact?


To perform an E-ZScore search on a saved contact, simply open the contact within the application and click on the E-ZScore icon, located below the contact name.



  E-ZScore will return results for the telephone number, including:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Demographic Information
  • Household Information
  • Occupant Information

Can I perform an E-ZScore search from a missed call?


Begin by clicking on the telephone icon located at the bottom right corner of the application. Then click on the missed call button at the top of the screen.



Next, select a missed call from your missed call list and click on the E-ZScore icon from the contact card to generate a report.



  E-ZScore will return results for the telephone number, including:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Demographic Information
  • Household Information
  • Occupant Information

Can I perform an E-ZScore search from a number in my call history?


Yes, you can perform an E-ZScore search for any number that is in your contact history. From your call activity history, click on any number to open the detailed view. 


Next, click on the E-ZScore icon located near the top of the screen to perform an E-ZScore search for the number.

A number I searched in E-ZScore does not have any information available, or has very little information available. Why?




E-ZScore™ provides the best publicly available information about a number from a variety of public and private sources. This information may be out-of-date or incorrect, or missing for a wide variety of reasons, including:
  • The number is a business number (E-ZScore is designed to lookup information about prospective clients by their residential numbers)
  • The number being searched is a prepaid cell phone
  • The number has been newly acquired by the customer 
  • The number has been opted out of commercial databases for privacy reasons
More information becomes available over time as the number is submitted to marketing and reference databases, or as the customer submits it to other commercial databases (such as loyalty programs). E-ZScore databases are updated regularly and information may become available in the future.

A number I searched in E-ZScore returned information that is not correct. Why?


E-ZScore™ provides the best publicly available information about a number from a variety of public and private sources. This information may be out-of-date or incorrect, or missing  for a wide variety of reasons, including:
  • The number is a business number not associated with an individual (E-ZScore is designed to lookup information about prospective clients by their residential numbers)
  • The number being searched is a prepaid cell phone
  • The number has been newly acquired by the customer and still associated with another individual
More information becomes available over time as the number is submitted to marketing and reference databases, or as the customer submits it to other commercial databases (such as loyalty programs). E-ZScore databases are updated regularly and information may become available in the future.
