I think it would be great if RingByName could automatically forward the calls to an individual person or cell phone based on the caller ID of the person who is calling.
For example, I have a list of customers that are calling to update their account info. Rather than have them choose from a menu, the system should look at a list of Caller IDs and route the calls directly to our billing department.6 votes
