It would be a lot easier for customer that want to use their computer to receive and place call.
So, no need to install adicional softphones.
With just one credential, you will be able to manage and receive calls. A dream!!!3 votes

I think it would be great if RingByName could automatically forward the calls to an individual person or cell phone based on the caller ID of the person who is calling.
For example, I have a list of customers that are calling to update their account info. Rather than have them choose from a menu, the system should look at a list of Caller IDs and route the calls directly to our billing department.6 votes
Thanks for the suggestion. We have forwarded this idea to our development team to see how we can make this happen, and if so, find out how long.
