Remove Contact Info From RingByName Admin "Account" Tab Or Sync RingByName admin panel with customer service info so consistently updated
Reasons for removal:
-Whenever I see this field, its incorrect, but service agents have the correct information when I call them in their system.
-This is confusing.
-Its a time waster when I call in to confirm whether or not this has been updated on both sides.
-If this field isn't used by service agents, and its not always right for me, why does it exist? It's better removed.3 votes

When sending faxes I can only choice 1 document to send. In the old system I could attach multiple documents and send. Now to send Multiple documents I have to combine them to be able to do this. It should be possible to attach multiple documents!11 votes
I think it would be great if RingByName could automatically forward the calls to an individual person or cell phone based on the caller ID of the person who is calling.
For example, I have a list of customers that are calling to update their account info. Rather than have them choose from a menu, the system should look at a list of Caller IDs and route the calls directly to our billing department.6 votes
