have VM messages transcribed automatically and then have it sent to email to be able to read the messages. its sometimes faster to read a message that has come in and then respond and gives us a trail which can be copied and pasted to notes or wherever.1 vote
It would be a lot easier for customer that want to use their computer to receive and place call.
So, no need to install adicional softphones.
